President Chief club officer. Schedules club officer meetings and ensures that the membership list is sent to Toastmasters International. Also has one vote for the District 5 officers. VP Education Creates the meeting agendas in advance, assigning functionaries and speakers. Also has one vote for the District 5 officers. VP Membership Handles new member recruiting and induction. VP Public Relations Responsible for club publicity and promotion, including this web site. Treasurer Handles the club funds. Secretary Keeps minutes of club officer meetings. Sergeant at Arms Sets up and takes down chairs, etc. for each meeting. Officer terms are for 6 months, January - June, and July - December. |
