Contests

 The leadership track is an additional Toastmasters track for advancement, by taking leadership roles at the club and district level. For details of district programs, contact the district officers for your club. Once the requirements for a particular award have been fulfilled, apply to Toastmasters International using the appropriate application form.

Competent Leader award (CL)
- Achieve CTM.
- Serve one term as a club officer and attend the club officer training.
- While serving as a club officer, participate in the club success plan.
- Conduct any two programs from the Successful Club series.
   (if you already have an ATM/S, these must be two different programs.)

Advanced Leader award (AL)
- Achieve CL.
- Serve one term as a district officer.
- Complete the High Performance Leadership Program.
- Serve successfully as either a:
    a) Club Sponsor, or
    b) Club Mentor, or
    c) Club Specialist.

Distinguished Toastmaster award (DTM)
- Achieve AL.
- Achieve ATM/G.
