The Icebreaker
Objectives:  To begin speaking before an audience. To help understand what areas require particular emphasis in your speaking development.
Time: 4 - 6 minutes

Speak With Sincerity
Objectives:   Convince the audience of your earnestness, sincerity, and conviction. To control nervousness on a subject you thoroughly understand.
Time: 5 - 7 minutes

Organize Your Speech
Objectives:  To logically organize your speech, and to help understand what areas require particular emphasis in your speaking development.
Time:  5 - 7 minutes

Show What You Mean
Objectives: Learn the value of gestures and body movements. Explore the ways of using body language. Develop a sense of timing and natural, smooth body movement.
Time: 5 - 7 minutes

Vocal Variety
Objectives: Explore the use of voice volume, pitch, rate, and quality. Achieve a pleasing, natural voice quality.
Time: 5 - 7 minutes.

Work With Words
Objectives: Select precisely the right words required to communicate your ideas. Avoid lengthy words, sentences, and jargon.
Time: 5 - 7 minutes

Apply Your Skills
Objectives: Bring together and apply the communication skills from speeches 1 - 6. organize your speech in a logical manner. Research the facts needed to support your speech.
Time: 5 - 7 minutes

Add impact to Your Speech
Objectives: Learn the value of props in speaking. Learn how to use props effectively in your presentations.
Time: 5 - 7 minutes

Persuade With Power
Objectives: Present a talk that persuades the audience to accept your proposal or viewpoint. Appeal to the audience’s self-interest, building a logical foundation for agreement, and arousing emotional commitment.
Time: 5 - 7 minutes

Inspire Your Audience
Objectives: Understand the mood and feelings of your audience on a particular occasion. Put those feelings into words, using all the techniques learned so far.
Time: 8 - 10 minutes.
