About Us

SmoothTalkers is a distinguished club with a strong presence in San Diego's Toastmasters community.

​​We take pride and find strength in our diverse membership. Some members are early in their career and others in retirement; some born in the United States and some from points beyond, some motivated for professional reasons and others for personal enrichment. 

Whatever it is that got us through the door, all of us have one thing in common: The personal commitment to tackle that fear of speaking in public settings and discovering our individual voice -- while keeping our sense of humor -- along the way.​
